Hi All,
My first real fitness post will be all about what I carry in my gym bag! So First thing’s first, I typically go to the gym already dressed in my workout attire, so these are not pictured here. Also, I typically have flip-flops, a towel and a change of clothes to put on post shower, these often change, so they are not pictured here either. Now let’s get into it!
My gym bag is actually from Victoria Secret, PINK to be exact. It has a total of four pockets. Two smaller zip pockets (one on each side), an open one to the back and the lager comp
artment. It has two shorter straps and a long adjustable strap, which makes the bag very easy to carry around. This bag retails for 32.95 USD and could be found here.
Next up, my handy-dandy shower bag. This is actually a “hanging travel case” and is also from Victoria secret. I got it last christmas; it was limited edition item released for their 2015 VS fashion show. I love this because it’s spacious and has a hanger hook on the inside which I just hook up in the shower when at the gym. Of course, because this was limited edition item, it is no longer available but you can find a similar one here (retails for 45USD).
So what’s in my handy-dandy shower bag? These bad boys from Bath and Body Works. Truth be told these change very often based on my mood. Bath and Body works usually has a sale going on so they’re quite inexpensive.
This item is pretty self-explanatory. I typically stick to Dove but when it comes to the gym, nothing has my back like a powerful men’s deodorant.
Final thing in my gym bag (that is if I don’t have them on) are my favorite pair of trainers/ sneakers/ gym shoes that I have ever owned! These Nike Lunar Tempo 2s are like clouds for your feet! They typically retail for about 100USD, but they’re on sale right now for 79.97! Get them here.
